Walter Henry Harney, 73, of Cynthiana, died Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
Walter Henry was born February 12, 1944 in Harrison Co., KY a son of the late Darvin and Katherine England Harney. He was a believer in Christ and a retired farmer.
Survivors include, double cousins, Michael J. Harney, Ron Harney, Kathy Rose, Jeanne Crump, Helen Kemper, a special caregiver, Nancy Wagoner, and numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Jeffrey Jackson, burial will follow in the Battle Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call after 11:00 AM Friday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Elmarch United Methodist Church.
