Nancy Ellen Hehr Obituary

Nancy Ellen Hehr, 76, of Cynthiana, died Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Hospital.
Mrs. Hehr was born in Harrison County, KY, February 6, 1941, a daughter of the late Jess and Frances Pope Works. She was of Presbyterian faith, was a member of the Republican Party, was an initiator of the "Elephant Stomp", was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, and a retired educator, having taught Social Studies at Harrison County High School, LaFayette High School and also served as a testing facilitator. She was the owner of Broadwell Antiques, former member of the Harrison County Humane Society, and was an avid fan of the U of K Wildcats and Green Bay Packers.
A brother, James Clarence Works, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband , George Paul Hehr, one sister, Brenda Works, 2 nieces, Judy Feeback, Kim Bush, all of Cynthiana and several great nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
