Hattie Blanche Lemons Obituary

Hattie Blanche Guy Lemons, 87, of Cynthiana, died Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Cedar Ridge Health Care Campus.
She was born September 2, 1930 in Nicholas County, KY, a daughter of the late William Goble and Millie Jackson Guy.
Mrs. Lemons was a member of Bedford Acres Christian Church and had worked for Hansley Mills, Bluegrass Industries, and she was a nanny.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Thomas Lemons, one son, Phillip Clay Lemons, and one daughter, Kathy Abner.
Survivors include her son, William (Glenda) Lemons, Carlisle, one daughter Phyllis (Junior) Lawson, Millersburg, son in law, Ray Abner, Cynthiana, two brothers, J. W. Guy and Arthur (Susie) Guy, Centerville, three sisters, Panzie Stewart, Paris, Jane Campbell, Cynthiana, Nancy Schofield, Florida, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be be 1:00 PM , Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Steve Smith. Burial will follow the service in the Wagoners Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call after 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to, Carlisle Christian Church, Bedford Acres Christian Church or Beaver Baptist Church.
