Elizabeth Duncan Williams Smith, 96, of Cynthiana, died Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Cedar Ridge Healthcare Campus.
Mrs. Smith was born August 8, 1920 in Harrison Co., KY, a daughter of the late Homer W. and Lillian Palmer Williams.
She had worked at Pine Villa Restaurant, Renaker School and Harrison Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Cynthiana Christian Church, and the Thursday Club.
Her husband, J. D. Smith, preceded her in death in 1997.
Survivors include one son, Johnny (Annice) Smith, Cynthiana, two daughters, Mildred Bennett, Cincinnati, Marcia (Ishmael) Hopkins, Cynthiana, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, February 11, 2017, at the Battle Grove Cemetery Meditation Building, officiated by Dr. Timothy Teater.
Friends may visit after 9:00 AM Sat. at the meditation building.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cynthiana Christian Church, or favorite charity.
