Cornelia Katherine Hiten Obituary

Cornelia Katherine "Connie" Hiten, 89 of Lexington, died Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Tanbark Rehabilitation.
She was born January 20, 1928 in Harrison County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Sell and Blanche Creighton Hiten. She was a member of the Tates Creek Christian Church and was a retired supervisor for American Mutual Liability.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Kirby, John, Frank, Bobby and Ray Hiten and sisters, Lois Riddell and Juanita Clark.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Lou Hiten, Lexington, Charlotte Faye (Tommy) White, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, June 23, 2017 at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home.
Friends may call from 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow the service in the Battle Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Mark Hiten, Jeffrey White, Timothy Riddell, Tyler Young, Donald Arnold and Larry Walters.
Honorary Pallbearers: Jim Campbell, Joe Peavler, Zachary Young, Nathan Arnold, Joshua Arnold, Michael White, Bardin Carr, Charles Slone.
