Carl B. Taylor, 87, of Cynthiana, died Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore.
He was born June 29, 1929 in Harrison County, KY, a son of the late Roy and Hulda Burns Taylor.  
Mr. Taylor was a member of the First Church of God, an honorably discharged Army Veteran and was a retired Ladish employee.
He was preceded in death by his wife,  Barbara Fan Hehr Taylor, one son Richard Taylor, and one daughter Linda Cales.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Johnston, Frankfort, KY.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home, burial with military honors, will follow in the Battle Grove Cemetery.
