Warren Lee Mallory, 86, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at
Harrison Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Scott County, Ky., Dec. 8, 1920, to the late Thomas "Tom" and
Willie Fields Mallory. Mr. Mallory was a retired farmer, carpenter and paint contractor and had
worked for Cynthiana Wallpaper and Paint. He was a member and deacon of the Cynthiana
Christian Church. He was an honorably discharged Army Veteran of World War II.
His brothers, J. T. Mallory and Floyd Mallory and sisters, Rachel Middleton and Elizabeth
Whitson preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Ruby Webb Mallory, one son, William Warren "Bill" Mallory and
his wife Garnetta, Cynthiana, KY., one brother, Paul Mallory and his wife Christine, Lex.,
two sisters, Donnie Belle Thomas and her husband, Kenley, Stamping Ground, and Virginia
Hammonds, Georgetown, one granddaughter, Lena Dawn Mallory and her husband, Torey K.
Earle, Hickory, Ky. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be conducted 10:30 A.M. Thursday, August 9, 2007, at Drake-Whaley-McCarty
Funeral Home, with burial in Battle Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Active Pallbearers are Kenneth Dean Sharp, Dr. Wilbur Wilson, Torey K. Earle, Jerry Proctor
Jerry Dawson and Gordon Slade.
Honarary Pallbearers are Roger Marsh, Ruby Lenox, Charles Tribble and Billy Warth.
Memorial may be made to Cynthiana Christian Church.
