Virgil Warren Stump, 55 of Casey Mill Rd. Berry, KY died Tuesday September 26, 2006 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

He was born January 15, 1951 in Harrison Co., a son of Joseph Virgil Stump and the late Frances Judy Strump, a member of the Central Christian Church the Christian Men's fellowship and the Cynthiana Elks Lodge#438.

Warren was a certified auto technician and former owner of Certified Auto Service and had worked for Cynthiana Home Medical.

Survivors in addition to his father include his wife Sandy Halen Stump, his son Bradley (Kristin) Stump, step-son Brian (Tracey) Halen both of Harrison Co., his daughter Rachel (Brian) Knopf of Louisville, and his grandchildren Christopher Glenn Stump, Johnathan Halen, Brandon Halen, Cathy Halen, Reighley Halen, Trey Finley, III, and Lillian Stump.

Funeral services will be 10:00 Am Friday September 29, 2006 at the Central Christian Church officiated by Rev. Lester Caldwell, Rev. Wayne Tolson and Rev. Paul Stamper.

Burial will follow in the Battle Grove Cemetery.

Elks memorial service will be 7:45 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Central Christian Church.
