Tootsie  Blankenship  Wright,  96,   of   Cynthiana,  Kentucky,  formerly  of  Pike  County,  Kentucky,

died  Sunday,   March  2,  2008,   at   Cedar  Ridge  Health  Care  Campus.

She  was  born  June  12,  1912,   to  the  late  Alec  and  Salina  Posey  Blankenship.   Mrs.  Wright

was   a  member  of  the  Baptist  Church  and   Eastern  Star.

Her  Husband,  Charlie  Wright  and  Son  Harold  Wright  preceded  her  in   death.

Survivors  include  one  son,  Dr.  A.  C.  Wright,   Lexington,   three  daughters,  Katherine  Anderson,

Regina,  Ky.,   Mary  Sanders,  Tupelo,   Miss.,   and   Molly  Davis,   Sunbury,   Ohio.

Grandchildren,   Beth  Underwood,   Michael   Wright,  Benton  Wright,  Bruce   Sanders,    Kevin

Sanders,   Pamela  Hubbard,   Barry  Davis,   Samantha  Stevens,   Juanita  York,  Gerald  Wright,

and  Harold  Wright.

Services  will  be  conducted  1  P.M.  Wednesday,   March  5,  2008,  at  Annie  Young  Cemetery.

Visitation  after  noon  Wednesday  at   the  Cemetery  Chapel.  Pikeville,   Ky.,   under  the  direction

of  Drake-Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home.  Entombment  in  Annie  Young  Cemetery.

Memorials  may  be  made  to  Cynthiana  Presbyterian  Women  or  Hospice  of  the  Bluegrass.
