Arthur Thomas “Tom” Tolliver, 64, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at his home in Cynthiana.
Born April 12, 1961 in Harrison County to the late Herman Ray & Ella Mae Moore Tolliver, he was a 1980 graduate of Montgomery County High School, a U.S. Navy veteran and a lifelong farmer. Tom loved being in the outdoors, be it camping, fishing or sitting under a shade tree. He also enjoyed taking rides in the country and watching football.
Surviving are his fiancée, Ruby Richmond of Cynthiana; 3 children: David T. (Kelly) Tolliver & Emma Richmond, both of Cynthiana, and April Dawn (Charles B.) Wilson of Flemingsburg; 2 brothers, Roy Allen Boggs & William Tolliver; 7 grandchildren: Desiree E. Nichols (Noah D. Wyrick), Gabriel Dawn Nichols, Emmy Nicole Nichols, Ally Tolliver, Devon Tolliver, Abby Melton & Noah Z. Wilson; and 3 special friends; Sammy John Fryman, Chappy Chapman & William Fryman.
Also preceding him in death were 4 brothers: Randy Dale, Handsome Lee, Dewayne & Tim Tolliver; and a sister, Emma Catherine Tolliver.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 20th at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home. Burial with military honors to follow in Battle Grove Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Jacob A. Fryman, Sammy Robert Fryman, Aaron Hewitt, Noah Z. Wilson, Charles B. Wilson and Noah D. Wyrick.
