Thomas Wayne Lemons, 53, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021.
He was born in Paris, Ky. on February 29, 1968 to the late Donald Luther Lemons and Rose Marie Hughes Lemons.
Survivors include 3 sons: Benjamin Frizzell, Thomas Lemons & Andrew Lemons; 3 brothers: Jimmy (Joyce) Gaunce, Donnie (Lisa) Lemons & John (Tonia) Lemons; a sister, Norma (James) LeMaster; and 3 grandchildren: Autumn Frizzell, Gavin McCarty & Jazmine Frizzell.
Also preceding him in death were 2 brothers, Ronnie Gaunce & Steven Lemons.
Following cremation the family will hold a memorial service at a later time.
