Steven Clay Shepherd, 69, of Corinth, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
A native of Grant County, he was born May 20, 1956 to the late Troy & Lorene Baker Shepherd. Steven was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired drywall contractor.
Survivors include his daughter, Tracy (Johnny) Crocker; 3 sons: Steven (Tabby) Shepherd, David Shepherd & Billy (Julia) Shepherd; 3 brothers: Charlie (Esther) Shepherd, Clifford Shepherd & Lawrence Shepherd; 3 sisters: Dorothy Shaw, Margaret (Jim) Wright & Alice Grueter; his grandchildren: Asia Spenneberg, Dylan Lewis, Emma Crocker, Dalton, Brian, Noah, James & Kenji Shepherd, and Serenenita Pharo, along with his great grandchildren: Victoria, Willow & Lala.
Also preceding him in death were 2 brothers, Mike & Gaylord Shepherd, and 2 sisters, Gladys Vendler & Sue Beach.
Following cremation military honors will be conducted at 12:00 Noon, Friday, April 10th at the Ky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown.
