Stephanie Marie (Brunker) Welch

Stephanie Marie Brunker Welch, 54, wife of Tracy Welch, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025 at her home in Harrison County.

A native of Harrison County, she was born February 22, 1971 the daughter of the late William Brunker and Donna Robinson Keisling. Stephanie was an employee of Bullard in Cynthiana and had formerly been employed with EZ Pak.

Other survivors include her daughter, Alishia Lynn Horn (Clarence Sumpter) and her children, Andrew Russell, Neveah Perez, Sophia Brangers, Gabriella Morgan, Emmajean Morgan & Roman Horn; and 2 stepsons, Ryan Estill Welch (Kristy) and his son Wyatt Welch, and Dylan Earl Welch.

There will be a gathering of family and friends 3:00-6:00PM Saturday December 20th at 219 South Walnut Street, Suite 1, Cynthiana, Kentucky 41031.
