Ruby Ellen English Moses, 90, wife of the late William T. “Billie” Moses, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Robertson Co. Health Care.
Born January 17, 1931 in Paris, Kentucky to the late Edward & Ethel Edwards English, she was a retired employee of 3M, where she was active in the 3M Club, and worked in the fountain of Newberry’s for many years. Ruby was a longtime member of the Cynthiana Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for more than 20 years.
Surviving are 2 children, Tom (Vickie) Moses, of Denton, Texas, and Diane (Billy) Hicks, of Cynthiana; a half-brother, Ricky May; 5 grandchildren: Shawn (Jebb) Warner, Tiffany (Brad) Perraut, Amy (Dallas) Byles, Melissa (Jeff) Hill and Laura (Luke) McVay; and 11 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces & nephews.
Also preceding her in death were a brother, Eddie English, a half-sister, Debra May, and a great-grandson, Mason McVay.
Graveside services by Pastor Jeromey Northcutt will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, May 17, 2021 in the Battle Grove Cemetery.
