Robert  D.  Coy,  84,   of   Cynthiana,  Kentucky,  died  Wednesday,   May  23,  2007,   at   Harrison

Memorial  Hospital.

He  was   born  in  Harrison  County,  Kentucky,  October  30,  1922,   to  the  late  E.  T.  "Jack"

and  Florence  Jenkins  Coy.    Mr.  Coy  was  a  retired  farmer  and  State  Highway  Dept.  employee.

He  was  a  member  of  the  Mt.  Hope  United  Methodist  Church  and   an  Honorably  Discharged

Army  Veteran  of  World  War  II.

Mr.  Coy  was  preceded  in  death  by  one  brother,  J.  T.  Coy   and   two  sisters,   Anna  Mary

Hatfield  and  Catherine  Perkins.

Survivors  include  his  wife,   Ruth  Linville  Coy,   one  son,   Larry  (Beverly)  Linville,   and  one

daughter,  Linda  K.  (Charles  Ernest)  Hutchison,   all  of  Harrison  County,  Ky.    Two  Grandchildren,

Chad  Hutchison   and  Matthew  Linville.

Services   will  be  conducted  1  P.M.   Saturday,   May  26,  2007,   at   the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty

Funeral  Home,   by   Rev.  Randy  Coy,   with  burial  in  Battle  Grove  Cemetery.   Friends  may  call

from  5  to  8  P.M.   Friday.

Active  Pallbearers  are    Chad  Hutchison,  Ernie  Hutchison,    Doug  Coy,   Matthew  Linville,  Ophal

Coy  and  Bobby  Perkins.
