Mitzi Jane (Lamphier) Enlow

Mitzi Jane Lamphier Enlow, 64, of Cynthiana, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Grand Haven Nursing Home.

Born December 7, 1953 in Wilmington, Ohio to Dale Lamphier, of Patriot, Ohio, and the late Miriam Richardson Lamphier, Mitzi was raised by her grandparents, Rev. Marvin & Lurline Richardson.  She was a graduate of Harrison County High School, had worked in the Harrison County Courthouse and at the Cynthiana Baptist Church Day Care, and was a member of the Cynthiana Presbyterian Church. Mitzi didn’t know a stranger, she loved being out and about so she could see and visit with people.

Additional survivors include a son, John Paul (Jennifer) Enlow, of Cynthiana; a brother, Rev. Daniel (Peggy) Lamphier, of Patriot, Ohio; a granddaughter, Brooklyn Enlow and 2 nephews, Eddie Ray & Kevin Lamphier.

Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, April 2, 2018 at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home by Rev. Schuyler Olt with burial following in Battle Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon Monday until the time of service.
