Meridyth Sue Browning Patterson, 70, formerly of Cynthiana, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.

Born May 19, 1952 in Rapid City, South Dakota to the late Billy Keith & Jaquelyn Lackey Browning, she had worked as a dispatcher for Harrison County 911 and was a devoted homemaker.  Meridyth was an avid reader and collector of romance novels.

Surviving are 2 children, William Patterson, of Lexington, and Kimberly Owens, of Littleton, Colorado; a brother, Stanley Keith Browning; 3 sisters: Billie Ruth Andrews, Joan Elizabeth Browning and Virginia Mae (D.J.) Sharp; and a granddaughter, Kaylee Ruth Owens, along with several nieces & nephews.

Also preceding her in death was a sister, Grace Marie Browning.

In accordance with her wishes, Meridyth will be cremated. A private family inurnment will be held on the family lot in Pythian Grove Cemetery.
