Mary  Elizabeth  Richie  Wilson,  77,  died   Sunday,   March  2,  2008,   at  her  residence.

She  was  born  in  Fayette  County,  Ky.,  January  22,  1931,  to  the  late  Homer  and  Nora

Stephens  Richie.   Mrs.  Wilson  was  a  member  of  the  Renaker  Baptist  Church  and  had

been  the  pianist  at  the  church.

Survivors  include  her   husband  Andrew  Joseph  "Joe"  Wilson,   three  sons,   Kenneth  (Dinnah)

Wilson,   Harrison  Co.,  Charles  Edward  Wilson,   Jessamine  Co.,   and  James  Allen  (Ann)

Wilson,   Lancaster.   one  daughter,  Jewell  Elizabeth  (Roger)  Perrin,  Harrison  Co.,    daughter  in

law,   Kathy  Whalen  Wilson,   three  brothers,   Arthur  Lee  Richie,  Versailles,   Thomas  Richie,

Willisburg,  Ky.,  and  David  Richie,  Harrison  Co.,   step  brother,  Donald  True,   Lexington,

two  sisters,  Ann  Conners,  Forest  City,  N.C.   and  Sue  Dickerson,  Jessamine  Co.,

9  Grandchildren,  11  Great  Grandchildren  and  2  Step Great  Grandchildren.

Services  will  be  conducted  11  A.M.  Friday,   March  7,  2008,  at  the  Renaker  Baptist  Church,

by  Rev.  David  Swallon,   under  the  direction  of  the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home.

Burial  in  Raven  Creek  Cemetery.   Friends  may  call  from  5  to  8  P.M.  Thursday,  at  the 

Drake-Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home  and  after  10 A.M.  Friday  at  the  Church.

Active   Pallbearers  are   grandsons.
