Mary  Theresa  Crosthwaite  Skinner,  88,   of   Cynthiana,   Ky.,   died   Saturday,  Sept.  8,  2007,

at   Cedar  Ridge  Health  Care  Facility.

She  was  born  in  Harrison  County,  Ky.,    June  20,  1919,   to  the  late  John  and  Eva  Fightmaster

Crosthwaite.    Mrs.  Skinner   was  a  member  of  the  Boyers  Chapel  United  Methodist  Church,

the  Joella  Ashcraft  Circle  of   Mt.  Hope  United  Methodist  Church   and  Connersville  Homemakers

Club.

Survivors  include  her  husband  of  66  years,  Hubert   Skinner,   one  son,  Meredith  (Judy)  Skinner,

Harrison  Co.,  Ky.,   and   one  daughter,   Mary  Emily  Skinner  Merrell,   Louisville,  Ky.,   Seven

grandchildren  and  fourteen  great  grandchildren  and  one  great  great  grandchild.   Several  nieces  and

nephews  also  survive.

Services  will  be  conducted   1  P.M.   Tuesday,  Sept.,  11,  2007,   at   the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty

Funeral  Home,   by   Rev.  Larry  Lee  Jones,   with  burial  in  Battle  Grove  Cemetery.   Friends  may 

visit  from  5  to  8  P.M.  Monday  at  the  Funeral  Home.    Memorials  may  be  made  to  the  Boyers

Chapel  United  Methodist  Church.

Active  Pallbearers  are   Allen  Fryman,  Stacy  Skinner,  Mac  Darnell,   Joe  Buschur,  George  Spegal

and  Scott  Middleton.

Honorary  Pallbearers  are   Clay  Darnell,  Justin  Fryman,  Russell  Ray  Fryman,  Carl  Swinford,  Jr.,

Ralph  Swinford,   Ralph  Jones,   Gary  Tipton  and  Farris  Gilbert.
