Kenneth  Wayne  Owens,  56,  of  Phoenix,  Arizona,  formerly  of  Harrison  County,  Kentucky,

died  Tuesday,  March  25,  2008,   at  his  residence.

He  was  born  in  Harrison  County,  Ky.,   December  25,  1951,  to  Lewis  Jackson  and  Hattie

Louise  Henderson  Owens.   Kenneth  was  a  maintenance  worker  for  an  apartment  complex  in

Phoenix,  Arizona.   He  was  a  1969  graduate  of  Harrison  High  School. 

Survivors  other  than  his  parents  are   two  brothers,  David  Ernest  (Karen)  Owens,   Killeen,  Texas,

and  Lewis  Tod  (Jeanette)  Owens,  Spotsylvania,  Va.,   two  sisters,  Mary  Ann  (Bobby)  Barnes,

and  Vicki  Lynn  (Tommy)  Bennett,   both  of  Harrison  County,  Ky.

A  service  of  remembrance  will  be  conducted  3  P.M.  Saturday,  April  12,  2008,   at  the  Drake-

Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home,  by  Rev.  Larry  Lee  Jones.

Visitation  will  be  after  1  P.M.  Saturday,   April  12,  2008   at  the  funeral  home.

Memorials  may  be  made  to  the  American  Diabetes  Association.
