Katherine Gardner Lake, affectionately known as “Kitty”, 47, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

Born January 30, 1978 in Harrison County, she was a daughter of Sue Carrol Moberly Lake, of Cynthiana, and the late Robert S. Lake, and was sister of the late Meredith “Merry” Lake.

Katherine went to Sunday School at Cynthiana Baptist Church and belonged to the Cynthiana Presbyterian Church. She loved church, loved walking each day, and was a humorous family member.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 13th at Cynthiana Presbyterian Church with Reverend Greg Kupar officiating.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home.
