Juanita Ross Turner Sanders, 89, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Sunday, September 23, 2007
at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, April 16, 1918, to the late Raymond Turner and the
late Emma Lee Ross Alegree. She was a member of the First United Methodist Chuch and
the Democratic Womens' Club. Mrs. Sanders had been an employee of Dayton Rubber in
Dayton, Ohio and also worked in the insurance business.
Survivors include her husband, William "Sandy" Sanders, her brother, Herchel "Huck" Turner,
Harrison County, Ky. Several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
Services will be conducted 2 P.M. Wednesday, at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home,
by Rev. Jimmy Owens, with burial in Battle Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 P.M.
Tuesday.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
