Born October 21, 1934 in Harrison County to the late Kenneth & Viola McKinley Hehr, he was a retired farmer and member of the Cynthiana Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Mildred Ecklar Hehr; 3 daughters, Leigh Ann, Nancy Jane & Cathy Jo; 2 granddaughters, Jennifer & McKinley; and 5 great-grandsons: Caleb, Ryan, Andrew, Jordan & Benjamin.
