Joe  Dan  Martin,  85,  of   Cynthiana,   Kentucky,  died  Thursday,  May  3,  2007,   at   Harrison

Memorial  Hospital,   Cynthiana,  Ky.

He  was  born  in  Harrison  County,  Ky.,  December  31,  1921,  to  the  late  E.  Case  and  Annie

Ammerman  Martin.   Mr.  Martin  was  a  member  of  the  Unity  Christian  Church   and  a  retired

Ladish  Co.  Employee.

His  wife,   Norma  Vivian  Lyons  Martin  and  son,  Jerry  Wayne  Martin  preceded  his  in  death.

Survivors  include  one  daughter,  Carolyn  (Rod)  Kincaid,  Louisville,  Ky.,   one  brother,  Wood

Martin,  of  Ohio.   Five  Grandchildren,  Wil  Kincaid,   Richard  Kincaid,  Jennifer  Kincaid  Adams,

Brandon  Martin  and  Bret  Martin.     Seven  Great  Grandchildren  also  survive.

Graveside  services  will  be  conducted  2  P.M.  Tuesday,  May  8,  2007,  in  Battle  Grove  Cemetery,

by  Rev.  Howard  Livingood.

Friends  may  call  after  noon  Tuesday  at  the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home.

Active  Pallbearers  are   Wil  Kincaid,  Richard  Kincaid,  Billy   Martin,  Rod  Kincaid,  Brandon  Martin

and  Bret  Martin.

Honorary  Pallbearers  are   Les  and  Jennifer  Adams.
