Gerald Wayne "Jerry" Doyle, 81, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at the Harrison Health & Rehabilitation Center in Cynthiana.

Born July 3, 1944 in Harrison County to the late Rice Jones "R.J." & Ada Mae Vickers Doyle, he was a 1962 graduate of Harrison County High School and a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam. Jerry worked for many years at the Bluegrass Army Depot and Bundy Tubing. 

Surviving are a daughter, Sandra Jo Doyle of Lexington; a brother, Carroll Lynn (Patty) Doyle of Harrison County; a sister-in-law, Sue Doyle of Nicholas County; and 2 grandchildren, Payton & Addison Doyle. 

Also preceding him in death were a son, Brian Wayne Doyle; a brother, Marvin Doyle; and a sister, Janet May.

Private graveside services will be held in Battle Grove Cemetery.
