Jeanette Hehr, 97, wife of the late William Wallace “Toots” Hehr for 65 years, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
Born March 1, 1927 in Harrison County to the late William T. & Russie Lake Miner, she was a retired Registered Nurse with Harrison Memorial Hospital where she served for over 30 years, and was a member of Cynthiana Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her son, William Wallace “Wally” Hehr of Cynthiana; her daughter, Laura Jane (Dan) Grigson of Cadiz; four grandchildren: Kim (Jackie) King, Dustin Hehr, Shawn Grigson and Danna (Billy) Cramer; a step-grandson, Ray Wall; four great-grandchildren: Austin King, Bryce King, Rowan Grigson and Lola Grigson; and 2 great-great grandchildren, Bryia Dawn King and Axel Hayes King.
Also preceding her in death were 2 sisters, Billie Joyce Cook and Betty Lake Cook, along with her daughter-in-law, Myrna Hehr.
Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 9th at Cynthiana Presbyterian Church with a visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M.
Inurnment was in Battle Grove Cemetery.
