Ida L. Cook, 93, wife of the late Wilbert T. Cook, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 at Grand Haven Nursing Home.
    
Born December 27, 1927 in Harrison County to the late John Fletcher & Louisa Grayson Slade, she was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church.

Survivors include her sons, Robert T. (Betsy) Cook, of Cynthiana, & Donald W. (Dora) Cook, of Ashland; and 3 grandsons: Thomas H. Cook, John Christopher Cook & Donald Wayne Cook, along with 3 great-grandchildren she adored, Lillie Davis Cook, Gavin Cook & Griffin Cook.

Also preceding her in death were 2 brothers, Orie B. & John Newton Slade, and a sister, Evelyn Walker.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 2nd in the Battle Grove Cemetery officiated by Dr. Larry Bishop.
