Helen  Louise  Haley  Reyes,  87,  of  Lexington,   Ky.,   died   Sunday,  April  20,  2008,   at 
Cedar  Ridge  Health  Care  Campus,   Cynthiana,   Kentucky.
 
She  was  born  in  Harrison  County,  Ky.,   Jan.  28,  1921,  to  the  late  Clyde  and  Pearlie  Roberts
Haley.    Mrs.  Reyes  was  a  retired  educator  having  taught  in  the   Harrison  and  Fayette  County
School  systems.   She  was  a  member  of  the  Cynthiana  Christian  Church,  Kentucky  Retired  Teachers
Association  and   Bluegrass  Retired  Teachers.
 
Her  husband  David  Reyes  preceded  her  in   death. 
 
Survivors  include  a  host  of  friends  who  loved  her  very  much.
 
Services  will  be  conducted  2  P.M.  Wednesday,  April  23,  2008,   at  Battle  Grove  Cemetery
under  the  direction  of  the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home,   Cynthiana,   Ky.
Dr.  Larry  W.  Bishop  and  Rev.  Omer  Hamlin  will  officiate  at  the  service.
 
There  will  be  no  visitation.
