Harold  Sandford  Coy,  Sr.,   79,  of  Cynthiana,   Kentucky,   died   Friday,  November  30,  2007

 at  his  residence.

He  was  born  in  Harrison  County,  Kentucky,  October  15,  1928,   to  the  late  Andy  Davis

and  Susie  Hill  Coy.   Mr.  Coy  was  a  member  of  the  Cynthiana  Christian  Church,  member  of  the

Licking  Valley  CB  Radio  Club  and  former   Harrison  Co.  Volunteer  Fireman.   He  was  a 

retired  farmer,   employee  of   Blake  and  Johnson,  School  bus  driver  and  Rock  Hauler. 

Survivors  include  his  wife  of  58  years,   Virginia  Perkins  Coy,    four  children,  Barbara  (Larry)

Yearsley,   Sherry  (Randi)  Carpenter,   Harold  S.  (Kay)  Coy,  Jr.,  and   Greg  (Amy)  Coy,

ten  grandchildren,   Brad  (Andrea)   Yearsley,   Eric  ( Terri)  Yearsley,    Susan  (Skip)  Lakes,

Jeromey   (April)   Northcutt,  Kristin  (Clinton  Brock)  Adams,   Adam  (Jennifer)  Northcutt,

Kim  (Jeff)  Kinney,   Ashley  (Michael)    Wills,   Brittany  Mathis  and  Jesse  Mathis.   Twenty  two

Great  grandchildren  also  survive.

Services  will  be  conducted  10  A.M.   Tuesday,   Dec.  4,  2007,   at   the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty

Funeral  Home,   by  Dr.  Larry  W.  Bishop  and  Rev.  Tim  Teater,   with  burial  in  Battle  GroveCemetery.    Friends   may  call  from  5  to  8   P.M.   Monday   at   the  Funeral  Home.

and  James  Swinford.
