Gregory Allen Nease, 63, of Cynthiana, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Georgetown Community Hospital.

A native of Harlan, Kentucky born March 17, 1962 to the late Ollie Emory & Audrey Morris Nease, he was a retired cross-country driver for UPS. Greg loved to build guns, drive his side-by-side and spend time with his fur-babies. He was a loving, generous person and worked hard to support his family.

Surviving are 3 children: Kaitlin Nease of Forest Grove, Oregon and Matthew & Karissa Nease, both of Coatesville, Indiana; and 4 sisters: Charlotte (Mearl) Rhodes, Gail (Billy Ray) Gilliam & Gwen (Pete) Caldwell, all of Cumberland, Kentucky and Sheila Sexton of Cynthian; a special caregiver, Keith Harwood, along with several nieces & nephews.

Also preceding him in death were 3 brothers: David, Larry & Darrell Nease; 2 sisters, Sherry Johnson & Linda Kay Stidam; and a niece, Jodi Sexton.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 17th at Cumberland Pentecostal Church.

Following cremation, Greg will be inurned in the Nease Family Cemetery at Blair.
