Flossie  Ellen  Florence  Williams,  83,  of  Cynthiana,  Kentucky,  died  Friday,   April  20,  2007,

at  her  residence.

She  was  born  in  Harrison  County,  Kentucky,  February   6,   1924,  to  the  late  William  Henry

and  Annie  Caswell  Florence.   She  was  a  member  of  the  Indian  Creek  Christian  Church.

Mrs.  Williams  was  preceded   in  death  by  one  daughter,   Nancy  Mae  Williams  and  a  son,

Clarence  E.  Williams,  Jr.

Survivors  include  her  husband  of  64  years,  Clarence  E.  "Billy"  Williams,  Sr.,   Two  daughters,

Anna  "Sissy"  (Dennis)  Hyatt,    and   Wilma  (Bob)  Seefeldt,  Both  of   Harrison  County,

Seven   Grandchildren,  13  Great  Grandchildren  and   1  Great  Great  Grandchildren.

Services  will  be  conducted   10  A.M.  Tuesday,   April  24,  2007,   at  the  Drake-Whaley-

McCarty  Funeral  Home,   with  burial  in  Battle  Grove  Cemetery.    Friends  may  call  from

5  to  8  P.M.  Monday.

Memorials  may  be  made  to  Hospice  of   the  Bluegrass.
