Florence “Flossie” Eals, 96, wife of the late Orien Eals, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Robertson County Health Care.
Born November 7, 1924 in Robertson County to the late John & Lillian Henderson Bonner, she was a devoted homemaker and member of the Foster’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, William Nelson Eals, of Cynthiana; a daughter, Alice Beagle, of Florida; 6 grandchildren: Jessica Eals, Melvin Beagle, Carol Beagle, Jason Cox, Lawrence Cox and Glennetta Fryman; 11 great-grandchildren: Ryan Turley, Samantha & Cody Fryman, Amber Colemire, Bryce & Aleisha McHan, Jacob McLaughlin and William, Tessa, Dominick & T.J. Beagle; and a special friend, Tommy Fryman.
Also preceding her in death were a son, Donald W. Eals, and her daughter-in-law, Norma Jean Eals.
Graveside services by Bro. Carl Morton will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Foster’s Chapel Cemetery with burial following.
Casketbearers will be Cody Fryman, Michael Montgomery, Daryl Moore, Donald Ritchie, Ryan Turley and Phillip Workman.
Honorary bearer will be Nathan Hendrix.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home.
