Florence Marshall Harding Sipe, 95, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Wednesday, September
26, 2007, at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Harrison County, Kentucky, January 26, 1912, to the late Henry Newton
and Emma Elizabeth Marshall Harding. Mrs. Sipe was a member of the Republican Christian
Church. She had been a disbatcher for the Paris Bus Station and had worked in several
restaurants.
Her husband, Jasper Sipe, Brothers, Aubrey Harding, Newton Harding and sisters, Violet Caswell,
Christine McCord and Lula Wagoner, children Patsy Ann, Bobby Allen and William Joseph Sipe preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sisters, Pauline Earlywine, Cynthiana, Dorothy Green, Berry, and Ellen
Arnold, Cynthiana. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be conducted 11 A.M. Friday, September 28, 2007, at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty
Funeral Home, by Billie Blackburn, with burial in Republican Cemetery.
Friends may call after 10 A.M. Friday at the Funeral Home.
Active Pallbearers are Ronnie McCord, Ricky Green, Aubrey Arnold, Joe Caswell, Jimmy
Williams, and Bill Blackburn.
Honorary Pallbearers are Dailey Earlywine, Terry Harding, Lanny Earlywine, Wayne Brown,
Butch Moore, Mike McCord, Gary Sipe.
