Faye Moss Roberts-Thacker, 96, formerly of Frankfort, wife of the late Louis Stephen Thacker, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Cedar Ridge Health Campus in Cynthiana.

Born June 8, 1927 in Harrison County to the late Harry H. & Maxie Bell Moss, she worked for many years as secretary for the Kentucky Insurance Commissioner, was an Honorable Kentucky Colonel, enjoyed traveling and was a member of Church of the Ascension in Frankfort.

Surviving are a sister, Bonita Moss Smith of Carlisle, several nieces & nephews, and a large extended family.

Also preceding her in death were 2 brothers, Lowell Thomas Moss & Larry David Moss.

Services by The Reverend Peter Doddema will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 11th at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home with burial to follow in Battle Grove Cemetery.

Family and friends will serve as casketbearers.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. Thursday until the time of service.
