Elizabeth  Louise  Franklin  Napier,  89,   of   Harrison  County,  Kentucky,  died   Wednesday,

November  28,  2007,  at   Harrison  Memorial  Hospital.

She  was  born  in  Harrison  County,  Kentucky,   August  31,  1918,   to  the  late  Phillip and  Lillian

Von  Simms  Franklin.   She  was  a  member  of  the  Cynthiana  Presbyterian  Church.   Mrs.  Napier

was  a  retired   seamstress.

Her  husband  Robert  Earl  Napier,  Sr.,   sons,  Robert  Earl  Napier,  Jr.,   and  Charles  Phillip Napier

and  her  daughter  Margaret  Napier  Fuller  preceded  her  in  death.

Survivors  include  one  daughter,   Thelma  Napier  Campbell,   Cynthiana,   Kentucky,  Two  sisters,

Margaret  Luckey,   Daytona  Beach,  Fla   and  Phyllis  Tolle,   Chicopee  Falls,   Mass,   Seven  Granchildren

twenty  one   great  grandchildren  and  one  great  great  grandchild  also  survive.

Services  will  be  conducted   11  A.M.   Monday,   at  the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home,   by 

Rev.  Dan   Collard,   with  burial  in   Battle  Grove  Cemetery.   Friends  may  call   from  5  to  8  P.M.

Sunday,   at   the  Funeral  Home.  

Memorials  may  be  made  to   Hospice  of  the  Bluegrass.
