Edna  Marie  Thomas,  84,  of  Cynthiana,  Kentucky,   died  Saturday,  December  15,  2007,

at  her  residence.

She  was  born  in   Pendleton  County,  Ky.,  November  20,  1923,   to  the  late    Nim  Harrison   and

Stella  Grayson  Wedding.   She  was  a  member  of  the  Oakwood  Baptist  Church.  Mrs.  Thomas

had  been  employed  by  Bluegrass  Industries  and  Jockey.

She  was  preceded  in  death  by  her  husbands,   Joseph  Scott  in  1963  and   Holton  Thomas  in

1994.

Survivors  include  one  son,  Grover  Harrison  Scott  and  daughter  in  law   Sheena,   Cynthiana,

one  brother,  Paul  Wedding,   Cynthiana,   four  grandchidren,   Shannon  (Tom)  Armstrong,

Julie  (Jesse)   Yarnell,  Grover  (Kristy)  Scott,  Jr.,  and   Gina  Scott.   Fifteen  great  grandchildren

also  survive.

Services  will  be  conducted  1:30  P.M.  Tuesday,   Dec.  18,  2007,   at  the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty

Funeral  Home,  by  Rev.  Mike  Hays,   with  burial  in  Battle  Grove  Cemetery.  

Friends  may  call  after  noon  Tuesday  at  the  Funeral  Home.
