Richard William “Dick” Wolsing, 84, of Cynthiana, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospital-Fort Thomas.
Born April 16, 1938 in Covington, Kentucky to the late William Henry & Annabelle Carry McHale Wolsing, he was a 1956 graduate of Simon Kenton High School, a retired construction manager for Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company and member of St. Barbara’s Catholic Church in Erlanger. Dick loved being outdoors; this love evolved into running his own lawn care business and raising cattle on his farm during retirement.
Left to cherish his memory are 4 sons: Mark (Margaret) Wolsing, of Florence, Cris (Dana) Wolsing, of Piner, Scott Wolsing, of Cynthiana, Todd (Deneen) Wolsing, of Taylor Mill; a daughter, Jina (Bob) Huck, of California; a sister, Carol Ann Conway, of Florence; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Also preceding him in death were his “S.O.”, Rhea Krebs; 2 brothers, Jack & Bill Wolsing; and a granddaughter, Danielle Wolsing.
In accordance with his wishes, Dick will be cremated with no services.
