Clarence  Edward  Williams,  Jr.,  62,  of  Cynthiana,  Kentucky,  died  Thursday,  August  3,  2006,

at  Harrison  Memorial  Hospital.

He  was  born  in   Harrison  County,  Kentucky,  February  16,  2006.  He  was  a  member  of  the

Mt.  Hope  United  Methodist  Church.

A  sister,  Nancy  Mae  Williams  preceded  him  in  death.

Survivors  include  his  wife   Geraldine "Gerri" Jones  Williams,   his  parents,   Clarence  Edward  and  Flossie 

Florence  Williams,  Sr.,  Two  Daughters,  Darla (Steve)  Muntz,  Harrison  County,  Kentucky  and  Sharon

Cooper,  Paris,  Kentucky,   Three  Sons,  Billy  Williams,  Florida,  Scott (Andrea)  Anderkin,  San  Diego,

California,  and  Ryan  Anderkin,  Florida.   Two  Sisters,   Sissy  (Dennis)  Hyatt,   and   Wilma  (Bob)

Seefeldt,  both  of  Harrison  County,  Kentucky,   father  and  mother  in  law,   Ralph  and  Sylvia  Jones,

Harrison  County,  Kentucky.  Four  Grandchildren,  Timothy  Prewitt,  Christopher  Muntz,  Austin  and

Tyler  Williams.

Services  will  be  conducted  1  P.M.  Monday,   August 7,  2006,  at  the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty

Funeral  Home,  by  Reverend  Roger  Crouse,  with  burial  in  Battle  Grove   Cemetery.   Friends

may  visit  from  5  to  8  P.M.  Sunday,   at  the  Drake-Whaley-McCarty  Funeral  Home.

Memorials   may  be  made  to  Hospice  of  the  Bluegrass.

Pallbearers  are   Bob  Seefeldt,  Dennis  Hyatt,  Stephen  Jones,  Eddie  Feeback,  Jack  Catron,

and  Steve  Muntz.

Honorary  Pallbearers  are  Doctors  and  Staff  of  Family  Care  Associates.
