Charles Allen McDaniel, 94, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Cedar Ridge Health Campus in Cynthiana. 

Born June 27, 1931 in Harrison County to the late Charles Kirtley & Martha “Mattie” Allen McDaniel, he was a lifelong farmer, a long time member of Leesburg Christian Church and current member of Silas Baptist Church. 

Surviving are several cousins, including Dorothy Gay Allen (Dana) Huntsman  of Nicholasville, Kentucky, and David (Patty) Walker of Southport, North Carolina. 

Charles was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Mabel McDaniel, and several cousins.

Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Friday, October 31st at Silas Baptist Church by Pastor Curtis Coots. Burial will  follow on the family lot in Jacksonville Cemetery. 

Friends and family will serve as casketbearers.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. Friday until the time of service.
