Anthony “Anton” Schildhabel, 75, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at his home near Berry, Kentucky.

Born March 10, 1947 in Azgreb, Croatia to the late Anton & Stefanie Laklea Schildhabel, he migrated to the United States at the age of seven, settling in Connecticut. A U.S. Army veteran, he served in Vietnam from 1966-1968 and later worked as an industrial mechanic.

Surviving him are his fiancée, Sandra Hillard, and her family; his daughter, Stefanie Schildhabel, and her children, Lucy & Ders.

In accordance with Anthony’s wishes no formal services will be held following cremation.
