  • Belinda Bashore: Proverbs 31 states: Who can find a virtuous woman? Her worth is far above rubies. Her children rise up and call her blessed: her husband also, and he praises her. There are not many woman who truely emulate the Prov. 31 woman, but My Aunt Shelby was one of them. From the time that she became my mother's best friend to the last time I saw her in the hospital she has been a true example to every young lady that she came in contact with. She will be so missed by so many. Uncle Joe, Bobby, Jeanie, Connie, your spouses and all your children and grandchildren we are so sorry for your loss. God bless you all in the days ahead.
    Belinda and Dan Bashore

  • Paula Peppler: Shelby, or Aunt Shelby, as we knew her, was like a second mother to me when growning up. She babysat for my two sisters and I when Mom and Dad were out of town. She even took my husband and myself into her home when we moved to Cynthiana in the 70's. I will forever remember her as a Godly mother and wife and a good friend. Heaven has become a better place by you being there Aunt Shelby!
